Care and guarantee
-Do not expose your piñata to water or snow. Dyes on the decoration paper may stain or damage the design. If you need a water resistant decoration for your pinata please let us know.
-If you are exhibiting your piñata do not expose it to the sun for more than 1 day to avoid color fading. We are not responsible for faded sun pinatas.
-We cannot consider any replacements or refunds on any piñatas out of their original plastic package, water damaged, sun faded colors or visible broken. If there is any problem with your piñata please reach us with as much pictures of evidence you can and we will gladly replace it or refunded if necessary.
Dlivery times
We will try to deliver your piñata on time but as we work with third party delivery services we encorage you to place your ordes with at least 2 weeks in advance for personalized piñatas.
